Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges, provided the product is in pristine condition. We only process exchanges in-store.
If you choose to courier your product for an exchange or refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We do not give refunds for purchases, but will offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase price of the product in question.Need help?
